Your order
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Slow Hours uses the email and shipping details from a paid order to record and fulfill it, with Supabase providing account and order storage and Printful supporting print-on-demand fulfillment. Payment-card details are entered at Stripe, not collected in this storefront’s own forms.
Your device
Your shopping bag, saved designs and optional welcome-offer link are kept in browser storage. Temporary checkout information helps you return to your receipt. Clearing browser data removes those local details.
Your choice
A purchase does not sign you up for marketing. An account is optional after purchase. Joining the Wind-Down Club requires your email, explicit consent and an email confirmation. Supabase stores your signup and offer history; Resend sends confirmation messages and processes subscribed contacts for club emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in club emails.

Keeping only what helps
We keep order records to provide service, handle refunds and meet recordkeeping obligations. Signup records help us honor email preferences and prevent repeat welcome-offer use. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal details by emailing support@wearslowhours.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained. This notice was updated September 10, 2026.
Optional advertising measurement
With your permission, Meta Pixel uses advertising cookies and sends Meta page views, product views, bag additions, checkout starts and confirmed purchase values in USD. Meta also receives browser/device information and may associate activity with your Meta account to measure and personalize ads. We do not pass your email, name, address or payment details as Pixel event fields. These cookies are separate from email signup.
You can decline or withdraw permission using Advertising cookie choices in the footer. A Global Privacy Control signal disables this tracking. Declining does not affect checkout. Withdrawal stops future tracking but does not erase data already sent to Meta. Updated September 11, 2026.
Google Ads measurement
The same advertising-cookie choice now covers Google Ads as well as Meta. With your permission, the Google tag measures visits, bag additions, checkout starts and confirmed purchases. Google receives browser and ad-click information, conversion values in USD and a non-contact order identifier to avoid duplicate purchases. Google may use this information for ad measurement and personalization. We do not enable enhanced conversions or send your contact details in these events. Existing visitors are asked again because Google has been added.
No Google tag is loaded before permission. You can withdraw using Advertising cookie choices in the footer; future conversion events stop. Our email signup remains separate. How Google uses information from partner sites.
